Spring literally walked into Terashop about six months ago. I had a very interesting conversation with Gabriele, the general manager, about the fast evolutions in e-commerce and the trends that we were facing. We noticed that many businesses were becoming more & more international. At the time, we only worked with express couriers for our cross border shipments, which was fine for expensive items.
