Delivery Status

Please understand that we cannot respond to individual requests for information about the status of your delivery.

Spring business customers who have a question about delivery status can contact their account manager. Please allow up to 15 working days before contacting your account manager to report a missing shipment. 

Consumers are advised to contact the sender directly.
