In 2001, Spring was formed by PostNL, Royal Mail and Singapore Post. Since 2013, we are fully owned by the PostNL Group. Outside the Benelux we operate as their exclusive sales agent. In addition, we are also the preferred sales agent for Royal Mail outside the UK.
Spring has 1,200 employees located in 13 countries throughout the world. The Central Management Team and supporting departments like Strategy, Development & Marketing, IT and International Relations are located at our Head Office in the Netherlands. We have local offices in the individual countries, who target local businesses with international mail, parcel and return volumes.
