We are looking for a Indoor / Outdoor Sales Executive to support our business. As a sales executive working for Spring-GDS Italy your challenges will be converting leads into new customers, developing the assigned Portfolio, as to achieve the annual assigned target. You will be part of Spring Italy as well as our international network, knowing everything of our products and being able to support them with mail and e-commerce solutions.
- Selling Spring products in compliance with company policies
- Ensuring to meet customer’s needs, identifying the best solutions for them
- Ensuring that customers receive all the instructions and support necessary to use Spring services
- Checking the turnover trends of the assigned Portfolio weekly, ensuring the achievement of the assigned targets
- Ensuring the correct use and constant update of the corporate CRM program
What do you bring?
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English required (minimun level B1)
- Command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in the Sales department.
- Ability to work under pressure, communicate with customers, act quickly and solve problems.
- Self-starter and able to meet work deadlines.
