Why can’t I find step-by-step information of my Registered Mail item?

During distribution the barcode on your shipment is scanned. When the postal carrier scans the item they have the option to share that information with you online. 

However, they aren’t obliged to do so. This means that when your shipment is send via our Registered Mail service you won’t be able to monitor your shipment step-by-step. You’ll get an overview of statuses e.g. “The item is ready for shipment”. 

The good news is that quite a large number of postal carriers already share this information online. This means that you’ll be able to see quite a lot of information already.
