All our sustainability progress consolidated

This first Impact Report consolidates Spring GDS's environmental and social performance into one structured baseline. It makes explicit where we have measurable progress, where we depend on partners, and where further data maturity and operational change are required.

Sustainability is a complex challenge that requires collaboration across the entire logistics value-chain. The Impact Report is a tool for our customers, partners and colleagues to hold us accountable to our commitment, and keep working with us to create a more sustainable international logistics sector.

Connecting markets responsibly and at scale

‘As our business grows, so does our environmental and social responsibility. In 2025, our approach has matured into a new phase. With the launch of our Emission Tool to generate customer specific CO₂e reports, the introduction of Book & Claim for Sustainable Aviation Fuel and the scaling of HVO100, we’ve moved beyond individual initiatives and into a structured roadmap.’

Key insights from the Impact Report

2025 in figures: Environment

Spring GDS is an asset-light organisation working across the international logistics value chain. As a result, our most impactful sustainability action comes from influencing and decarbonising the transport ecosystem in which we operate.

The people behind the parcels

Sustainability is also about people.

Reflecting our global footprint, Spring GDS brings together colleagues from a wide range of cultural backgrounds across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. While we work across continents and time zones, our strength lies in staying closely connected to the local markets where we operate.

We are investing in the wellbeing, safety and training of colleagues across all our departments and countries.

Our local experts are expanding our positive impact by collaborating with social action projects in local communities and providing support where it is needed most.
