Responsibilities
- All-round marketing support role
- Organization of CILF fair participation in Shenzhen in December 2026
- Creation and production of marketing materials
- Participation in group website relaunch
- Contribution to internal and external communication
- Optimization and translation of current sales presentation
- Set-up of corporate WeChat channel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
- Prior demonstrable experience in:
- organizing fair participation
- producing print and digital marketing materials and other marketing collateral; including content, design and selection of the most appropriate format
- preparing sales presentations and other sales support materials
- managing a bi-lingual EN/CN website and other digital channels (mainly LinkedIn, WeChat)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
- Excellent (near-)native English and Mandarin writing skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Prior demonstrable experience with Content Management Systems, CRM/email marketing programs and SEO
- Experience with graphical design tools is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
- Experience with B2B lead generation is a plus
- Can-do, hands-on and flexible attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Immediate availability is a plus
