10 August Mail and parcels with destination the United Kingdom are expected to be delayed due to planned strikes at Royal Mail on the following dates: Friday the 26th of August, Wednesday the 31st of August, Thursday the 8th of September and Friday the 9th of September.
14 July Between the 15th and 22nd of July possible and limited delays are expected for letters and parcels towards the United Kingdom due to a planned strike at Royal Mail. The vast majority of letters and parcels are not expected to be affected.
1 June Due to Queen Elizabeth’s platinum jubilee Thursday the second of June and Friday the third of June are bank holidays in the United Kingdom. Therefore we expect 3 days delays for mail to the United Kingdom and 1 day delay for parcels to the United Kingdom.
1 February Royal Mail is no longer facing delays due to earlier mentioned bank holidays.
5 January Shipments with destination UK are facing delays due to four bank holidays in the holiday period.

1 July Shipments for destination Austria to the area of Wernberg have been delayed for one day on the 29th of June. The delays have been caused by severe weather conditions in the Carinthia region, through which trucks could not reach the Wernberg delivery depot. Some areas are still hard to reach due to electricity cuts and mudflows. The area has postal codes in the range of 9000 till 9922.

21 March Mail and Parcels with destination Sardinia (Italy) are confronted with delays due to unrest at the ports. The situation is now back to normal again. It will still take some time to work away the backlogs that were created due to the unrest. Affected zip codes are 07010-07100, 08010-08100, 09010-09170.
17 January Postal parcels and packets to Italy are experiencing delays due to an earlier IT issue at Poste Italiane for customs clearing during week 48, 49 and 50. Initially this related to non-EU shipments only, but unfortunately also some EU shipments from that period are affected. The delayed shipments will be processed in the coming weeks. Parcels shipped via non-postal / commercial routes are not affected.

Many internal links between sorting centres and specific regions are closed/blocked, however in unaffected areas local post is still operating although the distribution across the country is very limited. Situation is in general deteriorating across the country.
1 March A new route has been found for delivery of mail and parcels to Ukraine. We have reopened this destination. Ukrainian Post is doing its best to deliver all the incoming postal items to addressees in Ukraine as quickly as possible. This will depend on the security situation as the safety of staff and customers is first priority. Ukrainian Post is opening offices in 20 regions so that people can collect parcels. All open post offices will have reduced opening hours. Delays are to be expected.
