Canada (CA)	14 October, 2025 resolved on 18 December, 2025	1-2 weeks	Mail and parcels destined for Canada are now being accepted again, following the partial resumption of operations by our delivery partner, Canada Post, as of 13 October 2025. Accordingly, we have reopened our service to Canada. Shipments that were held in our depots during the service suspension are now being progressively handed over to Canada Post for final delivery. Please note that delays are still expected, both due to the backlog accumulated during the strike period and to the rotating strikes that Canada Post has announced. The situation remains somewhat unstable, and occasional interruptions to service may still occur.

Italy (IT)	8 January, 2026, resolved on 12 January, 2026		Since 1 January 2026, Italy applies a €2 customs handling fee on all non EU parcels cleared in Italy. For non EU DDU parcels (yellow sticker), Poste Italiane must collect this fee. Because the legislation was announced only one day before implementation, Poste Italiane had no time to prepare and temporarily stopped delivering these DDU parcels. Delivery is expected to resume on Monday, 12 January.
